i always ended up getting the same thing: parfait of mix hojicha and matcha ice cream with the delicious brown sugar jelly at the bottom, the chewy shiratama balls as topping, and yuzu sauce on top with matcha powder, kinda almost the same as the parfait shiratama on the menu. everything is high quality, nice and refreshing, and doesn’t make your belly feel heavy after eating. you can sit at the spacious supermarket dining area, tables outside when it’s warm, or in your car to enjoy :D staff was different each time but all very nice, polite and patient.

we came during the soft opening and we got a matcha latte, a matcha yuzu and a soft serve. - the matcha latte was disappointing, I’m not sure if it’s because there’s too much ice or milk, but it tasted like Starbucks matcha…felt like it was low quality but not sure if it was just not made right ? - yuzu matcha was great. - matcha soft serve was definitely more rich than the latte, it was not too sweet with the cone which we liked. might only come back for the soft serves.

Great service, soft opening was nice and the matcha ice cream is so yummy. We got mix matcha/hojicha and matcha ice cream and matcha latte, matcha strawberry and matcha kinako. If you’re a matcha lover I recommend they even have tea and coffee in their menu

Edit: I came back many times after, and the quality is consistent (I get the same drink every time). They also give free ice cream while you wait (at least in my experience) ___ Not sure if it’s because I got the BOGO Grand opening promo but their matcha latté is on par with Matcha Zanmai (very rich, very satisfied!) Will definitely come back!

Best matcha, high quality at a good price. Excellent service. Craved another one the second I finished mine.

Yuzu season is here, and I got a sweet little invite to try Daigyo’s limited-edition summer series Daigyo’s tucked inside the T&T Market in Montreal, which definitely has that strong Chinese meat and fish market smell when you walk in… not always the ideal spot to dine in, so I’d personally recommend grabbing your order to go. Now for the good stuff: I tried the full Série Citron Yuzu lineup, and my two favorites were the smoothie au citron yuzu and the crème glacée mélange matcha-yuzu. The smoothie was super refreshing — icy, bright, and perfect for a hot summer day. A little on the sweeter side, but i think the tartness balances it out nicely . The soft serve swirl? So good. I loved the combo of earthy matcha and citrusy yuzu — kind of a match made in dessert heaven. If you’re looking for a cool treat with a citrus twist, this is a fun limited-time lineup to check out. Video coming soon. I spotlight my favorite local gems on TikTok @foxy.appetite and IG @foxyappetite — come hang out! This tasting was gifted as part of a collab , sharing my honest thoughts above

I paid $12 for an iced hojicha with ice cream and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The ice cream portion was tiny—barely noticeable—and the cup was over 130% filled with ice. Literally filled with ice ,can’t even put my straw in, there was almost no hojicha flavor at all. Because they poured it out just to make room for more ice. Not worth the price, i finished it with 2 sips and I wouldn’t recommend it.
